With this auto-apply task, you can create performance-based rules for shopping products (based on the last 90 days), so that any product that matches these rules gets flagged (preview) or automatically excluded (auto-apply).
For example, you could create a rule to flag products with more than 50 clicks and 0 conversions. Or flag all products that perform 50% worse than your ROAS target after at least 2 conversions.
